Is CAX only for events?
No. Clubs and communities live in CAX all year — members, announcements, activities, join requests. Events are one thing a club does; the approval and reporting workflow is built around them because that is where the paperwork is.
Do we have to replace our existing ERP?
No. CAX runs alongside whatever you already use for admissions, fees and examinations. It covers the co-curricular side those systems handle badly — events, clubs, participation and the accreditation reporting that comes out of them.
How much does CAX cost for a college?
CAX Pro is a flat price by college size: ₹4,999 a month for up to 2,000 students, ₹9,999 for up to 5,000, ₹14,999 for up to 10,000 — or pay yearly and get two months free (₹49,999, ₹99,999, ₹1,49,999). GST extra. CAX Max is quoted per college because it includes work done specifically for you. Students never pay, on either plan.
How long does it take to get running?
Students can be using the app in the first week. Approvals stay switched off until your administration turns them on, so nothing changes for anyone until you are ready. There is nothing to migrate.
Can we start small?
Yes. Begin with a single advisor step, or with no approvals at all, and add to it whenever you like. Every college configures its own route.
Is our data safe, and who can see it?
One college can never see another college’s events, students or reports. Staff accounts are created only by your own admin, and every change is written down so you can check later who did what.
