Everything in CAX, in detail.
The home page covers what CAX is and what it costs. This page is the rest of it — what students and faculty actually get, the exact route an event takes through your approval chain, who is allowed to do what, every module included in Pro, and everything CAX Max adds on top.
What your students get.
Their college email is the only key they need. Every club they join and every check-in they make is what your OD lists and activity register are later built from.
Get it on Google PlaySign in
Their college email links them to your campus. No forms, no group links.
Get verified
Verification unlocks posting, joining, registering and the digital ID card.
Belong
Join clubs and communities. Announcements, members, chat and activities in one place.
Discover
Events and activities at your college, in a feed that is actually from your campus.
Participate
Register, pay if it is paid, get a QR ticket, check in on the day.
Keep it
Every club and event goes on their record. The ID travels with them.
Six jobs the portal does for your office.
A separate web portal at faculty.caxone.in with its own login and its own permissions. Same backend as the student app.
Faculty loginOD lists, generated
Built from verified participants — name, register number, department, year. Print or CSV.
NAAC & AQAR, generated
A full academic year of activity, with evidence gaps flagged before the audit finds them.
Only what waits on you
Approve, request changes, reject. Remarks mandatory, trail underneath.
Event report builder
Seeded from the event. Lists the evidence still missing.
Clash-aware venues
Availability tells you who holds the room, not just “no”.
The office checklist
Circular, accounts, security, housekeeping — grouped by desk, on sanction.
The six states an event passes through.
Every college starts with approvals off, which behaves exactly as the app did before. Switch the chain on when you are ready, one step at a time.
Approvals off by defaultDrafted
Students see who will approve it, by name, before it exists.
Routed
Club override → your rules → college default. The tier used is recorded.
Travelled
Advisor → HOD → Dean → Principal. Vacant posts stay visible.
Sanctioned
The office checklist appears. Readiness reads “3 of 6 done”.
Published
Only now do students see it. Rejection releases the venue.
Filed
OD list, report, activity register. Written for you.
Who is allowed to do what.

Nobody self-declares. We verify the institution out of band — letterhead, official email, a phone call — and invite its first admin by name. Every other account descends from there. We can support your college. We cannot sanction its events.
Sixteen modules. All of them in Pro.
Nothing held back, nothing behind another tier. Pro is the whole product for your whole college.
Pro, plus the parts that are only yours.
Pick what your college needs. Max is quoted per college because every one of these is work we do specifically for you.
The long answers.
Anything else, ask us directly.
Do we have to replace our existing ERP?
No. CAX runs alongside whatever you already use for admissions, fees and examinations. It covers the co-curricular side those systems handle badly — clubs, events, participation and the accreditation reporting that comes out of them. On CAX Max we can push participation and attendance into your existing ERP.
How do faculty get an account? Can anyone sign up?
No one self-declares. The CAX team verifies a college out-of-band — a letter on college letterhead, an official domain email, and a phone call — and invites its first Institution Admin by name. That admin then invites every other staff member. Invitations are single-use and expire in 72 hours.
Does turning on approvals change anything for our students?
Only if you switch it on. Every college starts with approvals off, which behaves exactly as the app did before. A college opts in when it is ready, and can start with a single advisor step before adding the rest of the chain.
What if our approval process is unusual?
Most colleges are covered by the standard chain of advisor, HOD, Dean and Principal, which your own admin configures. If your route has a committee stage or a step only your institution does, that is what CAX Max exists for — we model it for you.
How long does it take to get running?
Verification and domain whitelisting takes a few days, and students can be using the app in the first week. Approvals stay switched off until your administration turns them on, so nothing changes for anyone until you are ready. There is nothing to migrate.
Is our data safe, and who can see it?
Every college’s data is isolated from every other college’s. Every change is written to an append-only audit log that you can export at any time, per college.
Do students ever pay?
Never, on either plan. Access requires a valid college email so the network stays student-only. CAX is priced to the institution, not to the student.
We already have CAX for students. What changes?
Same college, same data, same app for your students. The faculty portal opens alongside it at faculty.caxone.in, and your Institution Admin decides when to switch approvals on.
Bring CAX to your campus.
Every club, community, activity and event in one place. A 20-minute demo with your office; students can be on the app in the first week.
